大阪・茨木市の名神高速で大型トラックなど6台がからむ事故 5人死傷
13日午前、大阪・茨木市の名神高速道路で、大型トラックなど6台がからむ事故があり、5人が死傷した。午前11時すぎ、茨木市の名神高速道路上り線で、トラック3台と軽自動車など3台がからむ事故があり、大型貨物トラックなど5台が炎上した。火は、およそ30分後にほぼ消し止められたが、この事故で2人が死亡、男性2人と女性1人が、けがをして病院に運ばれている。また、現場付近の名神高速と中国自動車道の上り線は、午後2時現在も通行止めとなっている。警察などによると、大型トラックが渋滞で止まっていた軽自動車に衝突し、そこから多重事故になったということで、警察は、大型貨物トラックを運転していた自称42歳の男を現行犯逮捕した。男は、「一瞬居眠りをした」などと話しているという。
