Senior Products Editor Melissa Perenson talks to Paul Travers of Icuiti at the Game Developers Conference 2007 in San Francisco. Travers showed off Icuiti’s iWear VR920 game controller. This futuristic eyewear has high-resolution displays, a microphone, and a tracking system. The headset can put you right into online multiplayer games like World of Warcraft, action titles like Unreal Tournament, and flight simulation games. Icuiti's headset currently works with 14 games. The fully interactive model costs $399 and will be available in mid-April. A cheaper $249 version functions as a viewing device.
