涂謹申要求私隱專員調查八達通如何處理客戶資料
民主黨立法會議員涂謹申，要求個人資料私隱專員公署，全面調查八達通公司被指濫用客戶資料。 涂謹申早上與個人資料私隱專員吳斌、金管局代表及八達通公司行政總裁陳碧鏵見面。 涂謹申表示，非常不滿八達通公司的回應，令他更加質疑對方曾經將客戶資料，給予其他公司，他又說，八達通現時合約條款可引用客戶資料，關注條款是否違反保障資料原則。 他又說，由於八達通公司持有有限制銀行牌照，要求金管局介入調查。
