This video is dedicated to all those people who strived, lived, persevered, loved, and died . . . while following their goals, hopes and dreams . . . in towns and places now largely forgotten in the pages of time . . .  The photos are ones I’ve taken along Historical Route 66 in the Southwest, and photos taken in various parts of Kansas, and a couple I took at the ghost town of Bodie, California . . . the farmers in the photos on the tractor and on the "combine", are friends of mine, who are kind enough to let me ride the faming equipment, whenever I visit during harvest season . . . The song is "I Am a Town" by Mary Chapin Carpenter (she is a DEEPLY insightful song writer!!)
