SEC Charges Two Spaniards With Insider Trading in BHP-Potash Offer
The Securities and Exchange Commission has charged two Spaniards with insider trading regarding BHP Billitons (BHP) offer to acquire Potash (POT).  The two men, Juan Jose Fernandez Garcia and Luis Martin Caro Sanchez, allegedly made profits of $1.1 million on options purchased in advance of the deal.
