國家防總：今年以來28個省水災逾740人死亡
國家防總辦公室表示，今年以來全國共有28個省份遭受洪澇災害，累計超過740人死亡，360多人失蹤，1億2千萬人受災，直接經濟損失1524億元人民幣。 受颱風燦都影響，廣東南部、廣西東南部、海南北部下暴雨。廣東超過135萬人受災，2人喪生。 長江中游幹流部分江段以及洞庭湖水位繼續上漲，九江和鄱陽湖水位略為回落，但仍超過警戒水位。
