A six mois des élections régionales, Nicolas Sarkozy a effectué son retour en banlieue pour y évoquer la sécurité. Avant d’inaugurer la direction territoriale de la sécurité de proximité à Bobigny (93) et de participer à une table-ronde au Perreux (94), le président de la République a visité le commissariat d'Epinay-sur-Seine (93) où il s'est offert un petit bain de foule.
