This is a video recording of myOpticon’s observations of New York City's "Hercules Team" and "K-9 Unit" at Bowling Green in Lower Manhattan.  myOpticon is a public thermal imaging system in the guise of coin-operated binoculars often found at tourist destinations with scenic views. myOpticon reveals the thermal landscape of Bowling Green, taking the temperatures of its inhabitants and passersby, constructing images based solely on invisible infrared radiation emitted by all objects as a function of surface temperature.
