国交省 ＪＲ北海道に事業改善命令
国交省は１８日、列車脱線炎上事故が起きたＪＲ北海道に事業改善命令を出した。同社には火事を想定したマニュアルが複数あり、乗客誘導と指令への連絡の順番について記述が食い違っていた。同社の小池会長は「整合性のあるマニュアルを早く作りたい」と話す。
