Within 10 minutes of today’s massive earthquake off the coast of Japan, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center sent out its evacuation order for Hawaii and the West Coast. By all expert accounts, the U.S. was lucky when it came to damage from the tsunami but geologists say it's highly likely that a massive quake will hit the West Coast in the near future.
