A fire broke out in a construction area Sunday at Camp Leatherneck in Helmand province, Afghanistan, NBCSanDiego reports.  Crews from nearby Camp Bastion assisted and one firefighter was treated for smoke inhalation, Lt. Col. Chris Hughes, a public affairs officer with 1st Marine Expeditionary Force (forward), told the news outlet.
