Way back in 1975 Hall and Oates had a big hit on their hands with the song "Sara Smile". What does that have to do with architecture? Well, today there is a new CERA out there for the world to see. This time it is the Consumer Engagement Reference Architecture (CERA) for Health Plans. This is a very interesting piece of work because it deals with universal problem. What if you have information that if you could just get people to act on, it would save you money and do them good as well. How do you get this information out in a proactive fasion?
