板橋地檢署偵結賓漢香料販售黑心起雲劑案，16日下午將全案移審板橋地院。板橋地院合議庭開接押庭至晚上10時才結束，認為陳哲雄夫婦行為嚴重影響國民健康及重創我國國際商譽，在面臨巨額罰金及沈重刑期下，有逃亡之虞，裁定兩人繼續羈押。
