This is my rant telling you not to buy from HP or Best Buy, after all I have gone through my terrible ordeal over a HP notebook and printer I bought from Best Buy. I have had many HP computers and my friends and relatives as well. Until this ordeal I have always had a great experience with HP and always told all my other friends to purchase them, but never again! I forgot to add that when I open one program to another my monitor will go out for a time. From time to time I am not able to type, for some reason I will point my curser but when I go to type nothing will happen. The key board is going out, many of the keys have to be stroked more than one time for them to work There are many other strange things that are wrong with this notebook it just needs to be replaced. My service plan states in its overview in line two: the service includes repair or replacement, all parts, labor and cost of the return shipment. Most of the parts have been replaced at least once and some twice and still there are many problems! With the same part. If you have had some of the same problems with a HP notebook please email me.
