第２次補正予算案、２２日に成立へ
総額２兆円規模の１１年度第２次補正予算案について、民主・自民両党は１３日、採決日程で合意し、２２日に成立する見通しに。二重ローン対策などの東日本大震災の被災者支援が主な柱で、菅首相が挙げた３つの退陣の条件の一つとなっている。
