三峽迎來特大洪峰 每秒流量7萬立方米
長江特大洪峰提前抵達三峽水庫，早上的流量仍然達到每秒7萬立方米。水庫的水位24小時內提高接近3米。 新華社報道，洪水經由三峽大壩攔截，出庫流量減少到每秒4萬立方米，紓緩中下游河道的衝擊，減輕威脅。 這次是三峽工程去年基本建成之後，面對的第一次特大洪水。當局啟動相應預案，三峽的船閘已經停止運作。 洪水較早時經過四川廣安，老城區全面水浸；長江幹流江西段和鄱陽湖水位連日超越警戒線，沿線出現險情，長江在98年大洪水出現的決口，再次崩岸，九江市近萬人全力搶險。
