Limited capacity leading to waste of energy
The rapid growth is not without difficulties. Installed capacity has grown so fast that it has outpaced the electrical grid’s ability to cope. That means a quarter of China's wind power is going to waste. For the grid companies it looks like wind and other renewable energies are not yet high up on there agenda so really the government needs to put more pressure on the grid companies to implement its policies.
