Storm-Aid Concert Scam?
iReport — Chris Welch of The Huntsville Times broke the story about Woody Nelson AKA Steven Blood. Storm Aid Concert was possibly scamming people by telling folks that Willie Nelson was coming. Willie Nelson NEVER confirmed or said he would perform. His agents deny everything this woody nelson aka Steven Blood was saying. Woody posted to my page that Willie Nelson WAS "CONFIRMED".. I actually posted that to MY friends. Then I spread it everywhere.. He said this would sell off the rest of the tickets.. Not, read on.. Steven Blood came to me a few weeks after the Tornado hit Alabama. I had one of the largest Tornado Pages on facebook for the April Tornadoes in Alabama. I was in a position to help, I could post things to everyone of the page instantly. After talking to him on facebook, I liked what he was saying and wanted to help.I added him onto my Pray Page and he began posting his "ideas".. For many weeks he posted his own groups, pages and places to donate money using his websites.. A way to donate Gift Cards... He also asked if I could promote the T Shirts he was selling for storm victims, he said a small percentage would go to me for the work I was doing, putting in 16 hour days for weeks. Promoting this "concert" full of headliners, sell his T Shirts and do what I could to help promote the Storm Aid Concert Tour Page on Facebook. He told me he would "Fly me down" to the first concert and we would figure out what my "payment" would be. I thought of it as a job, he didn’t know facebook like I did. I wasn't asking for money, but he offered it at first. I looked at it as a job because I was investing my time and my friends along with 1'000s of others with the Prayer Page.. Obviously that too was part of his plan. A few weeks ago I felt like something just wasn't right, but couldn't put a finger on it.
