Convention Center Lights
The eye-catching LED lighting patterns that now adorn the Broad Street entrance to the expanded Convention Center are finally in full glory. By Wednesday, the company behind the lights - The Lighting Practice - finished all the glitches, and the view is spectacular at night. "Think of the system as a kinetic painting or art installation, with the possibility of producing shows with colors or symbols that relate to the events in the center," said Lighting Practice CEO Alfred Borden.
