Three middle-aged guys — Joe, a divorced gambling addict on the verge of falling off the wagon; Owen, a put-upon salesman trying to make ends meet while working for his demanding father’s auto dealership; and Terry, a part-time actor clinging to the glory of his one big commercial -- decide it's time to get in better shape by going on a regular hike together. When one of them suffers a physical breakdown, however, it signals the need for big life changes for all three.
