Teach me how to Ellen
Ellen has influenced me to dance everywhere. She influenced me so much that at my school nicknamed me "The Dancing Girl." The purpose of this video is to show Ellen Degeneres how much she inspired me to dance in public and to not care about what other people think about me. I used to be afraid of dancing in public, until I saw Ellen dancing in public. Another purpose of this video is to share the love of dance. Dance has made me be one of the few college students that is still sober, has not smoked, or do drugs. Dancing has always been there for me, when I am stressed out, and I want to spread the love of not "fitting in" and how it is okay to be different and unique. I made the song in the video called "Teach me how to Ellen." "The Ellen" is not a dance and instead it is more of a concept. The concept of "The Ellen" is to dance in public. Most people, even dancers, will not dance in public, while Ellen Degeneres dances everywhere! When people ask, "Can you teach me how to Ellen?" all they have to do is dance in public. Each scene is significant in there own way. For example, the beginning is significant because it shows how "everything happens for a reason." If my Professor didn’t see me cross the hallway, and if I did not hear her I would not have changed into Ellen and dance everywhere.
