Ill. Residents Feel Increased Income Tax Pain
Governor Pat Quinn (D-IL) signed a law that boosts the state income tax rate by two-thirds at a time when the national debt is skyrocketing and polls show more than three-quarters of Americans would rather cut spending than raise taxes to lower those deficits. Dean Reynolds reports.
