Where Have All The Flowers Gone? (The Movie)
40 years after the summer of love three friends, armed with little more than a video camera, set out on a gonzo journalism-type adventure to find the spirit of the sixties. Watch the ENTIRE feature film on Vimeo! _________________________________ We made this film with absolutely no money. No sponsors, no budget, no nothing. Almost every dime that we made during the past 2 years doing side jobs and side projects was put into making this film. When we started in August of 2006, Obama-mania hadn’t yet taken hold. In fact many people didn't even know who he was. It was a time when the population of this country had grown increasingly complacent and, at times, indifferent. So we set out on a mission to bring back the spirit of peace, love, and activism that was exceedingly widespread in the 1960's. Along our journey we met characters from the sixties who opened our eyes to inescapable parallels of common wars and common struggles. But what we discovered in the coming months was that there was a new pulse in the heartbeat of the American people that was waiting to be unleashed. This is the story of our journey. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Enjoy. -Arturo Perez Jr Director
