預算案記者會 - 曾司長解答預算案疑問 - 2009-02-25
財務司司長曾俊華出席記者會，就新一年財政預算案回答提問，司長曾俊華在早上發表預算案時表示，2009年將會是艱難的一年，是自經濟金融風暴以來，經濟再一次出現負增長，各政黨中，自由黨認為預算案沒有實質政策幫助中小企、民主黨則認為保就業方面不真實，又有學者與議員認為預算案可取及務實，並認為現時的金融環境下可以做的並不多。 今次的預算案被認為沒有太多派糖措施，而基建政策與大學生實習計劃會否有助保就業，政府發債券與稅務調整等均成為記者會的重要議題。
