혻 Many people that we’ve talked to say they didn't even know anything about this until they read it in the news papers this morning.  혻 There was actually a goverment decree taht was printed in the news papaers ordering this 3-day period of mourning and certainly many people in this country are wondering why this period of mourning was halted in 18days after the Cyclone has hit. Why this didn't happen any earlier. 혻 But it is certainly ..an..one thing that was seen, the goverment here doesn't seem to be making more of an effort to go out into the open to start something like a public relation defense. 혻 혻It almost seems like we saw the leading general Kanchuei on the Myanmar TV on the yesterday touring some of the refugee camps making it seem as though international relief effort and of course the Myanmar goverment relief effort is really reaching those most badly in need of help but certainly that is something very different .. 혻 여러 사람과 이야기를 해봤지만 그들은 오늘 아침 신문을 보기전까지도 이것에 대해 몰랐다고 합니다. 실제 정부에서 신문에 "3일간의 애도기간"을 발표했지만 이 나라의 많은 사람들이 왜 이 애도기간이 Cyclone이 덮친후 18일동안이나 중지 되었는지 의아해 하고 있습니다. 왜 좀더 일찍 시행하지 못했나 하는거죠. 그러나 사실 이곳 정부는 r공개적으로 외부에 원조를 구하려는 노력을 시도하는것 같지 않습니다. 어제 지도자 Kanchei 장군이 미안마 TV에서 피난민 캠프을 돌고 국제구호의 노력이 있는 것 처럼 보여주었습니다. 물론 미안마정부의 구제시도는 최악의 상황에 처해진 사람들에게 국한 된것이었고.. 혻
