与野党が協議、国会正常化へ 民主が打開策
菅首相による自民党・浜田議員の総務政務官起用などで空転が続く国会で１日朝、与野党の国対委員長が協議した。民主党側が打開策を提案し、自民・公明両党以外の野党は賛成。自民・公明両党も最終的には受け入れるとみられ、国会は来週から正常化する見通し。
