原子力の安全性強化を ＩＡＥＡ閣僚級会議
福島第一原発事故を受け、オーストリアで２０日に始まった国際原子力機関（ＩＡＥＡ）閣僚級会議で閣僚宣言が採択された。安全性を高めるため、ＩＡＥＡの役割強化を確認した他、他国の原発事故で被害を受けた国への国際的な補償体制の必要性も盛り込まれた。
