Giffin Paxton MB
This is the Giffin Paxton MB, a handmade, Portland, Oregon-built instrument from legendary master builder Roger Giffin, and available exclusively here at ProGuitarShop. The Paxton MB’s classic looks are built around a light, resonant african mahogany body and set neck, finished in striking Pelham Blue or sleek black. The neck shape is reminiscent of a 50's Gibson style, featuring a unique taper that starts with a gentle "V" at the nut and transitions to a comfortable "C" shape at the body, offering excellent playability and upper fret access. The east indian rosewood fretboard features a 12" radius and 6105 frets for a smooth, nimble feel that accomodates any playing style. The Paxton MB's rich, detailed voice emanates from a pair of mini humbuckers personally selected by Roger himself for complex, vintage tonal characteristics. And best of all, the Giffin Paxton MB's handmade, master-built goodness is available for less scratch than many off-the-rack production models from the large manufacturers, making it the deal of a lifetime for the serious player. - proguitarshop.com
