檢討跟進精神病人報告 建議部門互通資料
葵盛東邨今年5月發生精神病患者斬人案，醫院管理局成立的檢討委員會公布報告，提出多項建議。 報告有17頁，建議延長精神病患者診症時間，又建議醫管局、社署、房署及警方互通精神病患者資料。 至於由醫生、社工及護士組成的小組，要加強跟進服務，定期檢討患者的病況，更新治療，加強社區支援。 檢討委員會有6名成員，由公開大學校長梁智仁擔任主席。 案發在今年5月8日，一名獨居精神病人在葵盛東邨持刀追斬多人，造成兩死三傷，疑兇是葵涌醫院病人，慘劇發生前曾拒絕讓社康護士家訪，疑兇曾有傷人紀錄，亦曾經調遷。
