大量內地孕婦來港產子，本地孕婦面臨「一床難求」局面。 有懷孕僅五、六周的本地孕婦，現時已無法預約明年一月的私家醫院床位，準媽媽憂心忡忡：「難道未有BB，就要預約生仔？」 去年，本港出生嬰兒數目達八萬八，其中半數是內地婦女所生；在香港出生，除了擁有香港居留權，孩子將來還可享有教育、醫療、房屋、社會福利等資助。有人形容，這種做法等如廉價投資移民。零五年至去年，其父母均非香港永久居民的「港產內地B」，達到十四萬人。 政府應如何處理這「生仔潮」？公私營醫院、醫護人員角色如何？本地、內地孕婦，和準孕婦又如何看待這問題？ 記者：王玉娟
