香港回歸十四年，唱國歌、升國旗這些國情教育，已經好普遍。新一代對國家的認識和歸屬感，是多了還是少了？特區政府剛剛發表課程指引，建議將「德育及國民教育科」，列作小學至中三的必修科。有意見認為，要培養學生對國家歸屬感，建立國民身份，單向灌輸並不足夠，培養他們獨立思考更為重要。 現行的國情教育，官方無明確指引，但對內地的政治議題，鮮有開放討論，八九年「六四事件」，在學校，是提得最少的一個課題，大部分老師教授國情時，集中在文化層面，因為爭議性最少。國民教育成為必修科之後，這些問題應該怎樣處理？ 記者：鄺國惠
