Public Record North American Futures: Canadian and U.S. Perspectives (Courtesy of University of California Television) Held in Berkeley, California from March 12th to 13th, 2010, this conference examined the issues surrounding the North American relationship and its role in a changing world. Moderated by former Quebec Premier Pierre Marc Johnson, this session on March 13th, featured a presentation by Daniel Kammen (Professor, Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley) and Kathryn Harrison (Professor and Associate Dean for Strategy and Communications at the University of British Columbia). Kammen and Harrison focused on the impact of energy and environmental issues on the North American relationship.The discussants were Tom Huffaker (Vice-President of Policy and Environment, Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers) and Jeffrey Simpson (National Affairs Columnist for the Globe and Mail).
