借鏡國外 提升台灣／台灣長期照護制度
國民健康局日前公布，全台灣65歲以上的老年人口，加上像是身心障礙人士等，需要長期照顧的人，已經高達70萬人。內政部從民國96年開始推動：長照十年計畫，居家服務員，負責照顧獨居，或是需要看護的民眾，來看看現在的執行狀況如何呢？
