Gbagbo insists he won election with 51.45% vote
Laurent Gbagbo, one of two men claiming the Ivory Coast presidency says on Friday December 3, 2010, the Ivory Coasts Constitutional Council announced final results for the November 28, 2010 presidential election. These results are known by everyone both inside and outside the country. I won the election with 51.45 percent of the vote. I am president of Ivory Coast.
