McDonald’s (NYSE:MCD) has announced an unprecedented hiring event to take place on April 19th, in which the company and its franchises are looking to hire up to 50,000 new workers at restaurants across the country.The event will include both full and part-time positions. Crew as well as management positions will be offered in close to 14,000 U.S. restaurants.Jan Fields, President, McDonald's USA said, "Our restaurant employees are the foundation of our business.
