There is still PLA in the cantonments, and they are not been properly monitored by UNMIN. The reports they present are second hand given by the PLA. They should find out the real facts and come up with first hand reports. Maoists want to extend the time of UNMIN because they want to establish their existence internationally through the help of UNMIN and UNMIN is in favour of Maoists because it wants to extend its period as it could not succeed to resolve the tasks it was given.
