Japan’s tsunami victims stuck in monsoon limbo
The deadly earthquake and tsunami hit Japan three months ago, but it is still unclear when victims will be able to return home. In some areas the landscape has been permanently altered, posing a new challenge for quake zone residents. Al Jazeera’s Marga Ortigas reports from Ishinamki, Japan.
