環保團體批評售樓說明書無清晰標示窗台實際面積
環保觸覺就新樓窗台面積作出調查，發現普遍發展商都用盡政府給予的豁免面積，製成有31吋半深的特大窗台，並計入建築面積出售，令單位的實用面積大幅減少，同時售樓說明書中，亦沒有清晰標示窗台的實際面積，令買樓人士易受誤導。 環保觸覺調查4個新樓盤，以新鴻基的「形品星寓」一個611呎兩房單位為例，呎價7410元，窗台面積佔整個單位的面積33呎，消費者要以約24萬元購買窗台部份。 環保觸覺主席譚凱邦批評，發展商在售樓書中顯示的窗台面積，普遍都不包括預製組件部份，認為政府的9招12式並無處理發展商在售樓書中關於窗台面積表達不清的問題，要求政府處理，以及取消豁免窗台面積。
